User reports unable to get online content.
Problem -- we only have 1 year of paid online access, 2001. I will check on cost of paid online access. CDD does get institutional paper subscription.

Subscription "models"

Here are some current terms EBSCO uses to describe journal subscriptions, ie journal subscription models:
PP = with or without a current subscription, user gets access only to paid years
AP = with a current subscription, user gets access to backfile; without a current subscription, user gets access only to paid years
Springer apparently uses AP model
non-enhanced orders = with a current subscription, user gets access to current year only; access stops 60 days after publication of last issue
