JBJS Online Content and Title Changes

Have you noticed the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery American edition content does not currently show up on our EBSCO A to Z listing beyond mid 2011? Remember JBJS split into two separate titles for 2012. Silverchair is the new host for online content for the American version, and the kinks have not yet been worked out as far as distributing it to vendors such as EBSCO.

For both titles, if you follow the link on the A to Z page that takes you directly to the publisher, the most up to date online content is available there. We also have access to online content all the way back to volume 1 for both titles.

Also, as of 2013 JBJS British will change its name to The Bone & Joint Journal (BJJ).

A to Z down for maintenance Jan. 31

EBSCO reports that the service A-to-Z will be unavailable on 31 January 2009 from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Central time to allow for necessary maintenance.

A to Z List of Online Journal Access

We are testing a new service from EBSCO that lists all our online journal access in one "A to Z" list. I am still in the process of setting it up, so it is not yet complete. For remote access contact the librarian for passwords. Although this will enable you to see the list, most titles can really only be reached from on campus.
