10-11-07: We now have access to a new title, Journal of Children's Orthopaedics, which began in 2007.

Journal of Orthopaedic Surgery and Research is an open access, peer-reviewed online journal that will encompass all aspects of clinical and basic research studies related to musculoskeletal issues. All articles will be listed in PubMed immediately upon acceptance (after peer review), and will be covered by PubMed Central. Journal of Orthopaedic Surgery and Research is the official journal of the Chinese Speaking Orthopaedic Society. There is no BioMed Central fee to publish in this journal as the journal covers the cost.

but it does require registration. I am currently working through activation problems.
